Hi, I’m Chanda, the creator of PandaSol — a space born from my love of mindful movement, healing, and the warmth of the sun. My journey into wellness began as a way to reconnect with myself after becoming a mother and navigating life’s many transitions. What started as personal healing soon became my calling — to help others find balance, strength, and inner peace through intentional movement.
I’m a certified yoga instructor, trained in Costa Rica, and I specialize in therapeutic yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and mat Pilates. My approach is gentle yet empowering — rooted in self-awareness, breath, and the belief that movement is medicine.
Through PandaSol, I aim to create spaces — both in person and online — where you can slow down, realign, and shine from the inside out. Whether you’re on your mat for the first time or deep in your practice, my intention is to guide you back to your body, your peace, and your own inner light.
